A gift of health

Let’s face it, you are going to spend the better part of this month hustling and bustling to get everyone on your list the perfect gift. You will stand in lines and deal with crowds. You will stay up late and wrap gifts when everyone else is sleeping so that no one can see what you got them. You will think about others for the majority of the month. Your needs will go on the back burner.

Then, on January 1, you are going to realize that this is “Your Year.” You are going to make resolutions, set goals and be determined to start taking better care of yourself and your health.

Why not start now? Why not arm yourself with the tools to help you be healthier, sleep better, fend off colds and flu, and kick toxins and chemicals out of your house? It may sound hard, but it isn’t. Start taking better care of yourself in December so that when the new year rolls around you are already feeling great and have momentum on your side?

I am willing to bet that if you start out the new year strong you are going to be more successful at realizing your goals. January 1 is just a date on the calendar. Today is just as good of a day to start taking better care of yourself.

One really easy way to start taking better care of yourself is through the use of essential oils. There are so, so many ways you can use essential oils. Many of Young Livign’s essential oils are considered Natural Health Products (NHPs). According to Health Canada’s website, “NHPs are naturally occurring substances that are used to restore or maintain good health. They are often made from plants, but can also be made from animals, microorganisms and marine sources. They come in a wide variety of forms like tablets, capsules, tinctures, solutions, creams, ointments and drops.”

The following is a list of Young Living oils that are approved as NHPs with Health Canada:
