It’s that time of year again: Back To School. Even if you don’t have kids in school, if you are probably happy that they are going back. Everything seems to calm down a bit when school starts up again. The new TV shows come out. Corn on the cob is fantastic. Root vegetables are in their prime. The mornings are crisp and the days are still warm. I look forward to this time of year.
What I don’t look forward to is the bugs and sickness that seems to come with Back to School. The kids swap germs like they are trading hockey cards. They bring home snotty noses, sniffling, sneezing, and coughs. They forget their coats on the playground, but they remember to bring home some form of illness to make themselves not feel well. Then, the germs get passed to the parents and the parents bring them to work. Work becomes just as big of a petri dish as the school yard.
If you are like most people, you are going to be put in a situation where germs are running rampant. You need help to fend off illness. I have just that…a simple roller recipe that you can use every day to help keep your immune system in tip top shape. I used this roller recipe all last fall and winter and I didn’t take one sick day.
It is super easy to make and use. I roll it on the bottoms of my feet each morning when getting ready for work.
Immunity Roller recipe:
To make a 5 ml roller, put 10 drops Frankincense, 8 drops Purification and 5 drops of Thieves in the roller bottle. Fill the rest with a carrier oil. I use Sweet Almond oil because it is light and doesn’t have much of a scent.
See, it’s that easy.
The three essential oils in this recipe come in the Premium Starter Kit. You can also purchase them separately. I use all three of theses oils for a ton of different recipes and in my diffuser. They all have so many uses. In fact, I am currently using a couple of drops of Purification on a cotton ball to keep fruit flies away.
If you have any questions about the oils, how to get them or what other recipes can be made with them, please either send me a question on the Comment tab or comment in this post. If you’d like to order oils, please click on the Order Oils tab.
